The editorial policy of The Annals of Applied Physiology (ANN. APPL. PHYSIOL.) follows the multi-disciplinary purposes of the Applied Physiology to promote the highest scientific study standards referring to the following fields: Brain, Central Nervous System, Peripheral Nervous System, Cardiovascular System, Cardiorespiratory System, Immune System, Gastrointestinal System, Muscular System, Endocrine System, Nutrition and Metabolism and all areas related to Applied Physiology in health and disease conditions in human and animal studies.
The Journal publishes original research as well as review articles. ANN APPL PHYSIOL invites all related scientists and scholars worldwide to submit original research and review articles. All research articles and review papers have undergone rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymized (double-blind) refereeing by three reviewers (a statistical and two scientific reviewers).
